I am always looking for ways to interpret the surrounding landscape. These paintings reflect the results of my quest for layered beauty.
From subtle farm-scapes and startling fields of colour, to moody lakeside walks, I pursue abstracted and emotionally charged representations of geographical forms. By experimenting with traditional and mixed media painting techniques, my objective is to remind, surprise, and challenge the viewer to take time to contemplate both art and nature.
